About the event
Communication & Presence: Leading with Clarity and Confidence
This workshop equips participants with practical tools to communicate clearly, navigate conflict, and engage in difficult conversations with confidence. Through a trauma-informed lens, we’ll explore how to build trust with clients, staff, and systems while strengthening your presence as a leader. We’ll also address the internal and external barriers that keep us from stepping into leadership roles and how to break those cycles so we can lead others effectively.
